We’ve simplified how deliveries work at smol.
You can still group your deliveries in two easy ways:
Option 1: grouped delivery (automatic). This option means we’ll automatically combine upcoming orders that are due close together into one box, so you receive fewer deliveries, and the same amount of smol overall, just delivered together.

Open one of your plans
Select Grouped delivery
Save your settings
You can update or turn this off at any time.
Option 2: group your deliveries manually each time it suits you.

Open your plan and select I NEED IT NOW
Choose a recommended basket or build your own
Check out. Everything arrives together in one box
Which option should I choose?
Choose automatic grouped delivery if you want fewer deliveries without thinking about it
Choose manual grouping if you prefer to decide each time.

Delivery fee
From March 2026, ALL orders will be delivered via Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked delivery service.
- £1.99 delivery fee per order or grouped delivery order
- Free delivery on orders over £20
This provides a delivery service that’s reliable, easy to track and just as good as the smol that’s inside the box.

How to reduce or cut delivery fees:
Grouped deliveries. Combine multiple orders into one box so you pay just one delivery fee instead of several. You can do this by opting into our automatic grouped delivery service via your account, or manually yourself each time you want a grouped delivery.

If your order box totals £20 or more delivery will be free.
Do I have to group deliveries?
No. Grouped delivery is always optional. If you prefer to receive orders separately, you can. Individual orders will simply include the £1.99 delivery fee and arrive via the same fully tracked 48-hour service.
