2. Write RETURN TO SENDER on the front.
3. Pop it into a Royal Mail postbox.
4. When it arrives back to us we can refund your item.

1. Cross out your name and address on the pack.
2. Write the smol return address on the front.
3. Take it to your local post office and affix postage.
4. Ask for proof of postage.
5. When it arrives back to us we can refund your item.

1. Contact us on help@smolproducts.com within 10 days of receiving your smol.
2. Please email us using the email address associated with your account.
3. Detail why you wish to submit a claim under the money-back guarantee.
