To return an unwanted item:
1. Cross out your name and address on the pack.
2. Write the smol return address on the front.
3. Take it to your local post office and affix postage. Or use our link here.
4. Keep proof of postage until we have received the return. Please note that return postage costs are not covered by smol.
5. When it arrives back to us we can refund your item.
To claim under the smol money-back guarantee:
1. Contact us on help@smolproducts.com within 10 days of receiving your smol.
2. Please email us using the email address associated with your account.
3. Detail why you wish to submit a claim under the money-back guarantee.
4. We can then respond via email with further instructions.
